In spot-light:
The Cre8 Corporation. Posted 2/5/2001
Cre8 was founded in 1999, after new members joined ANLY,
and ANLY desided to rename itself and change it's main purpose.
The ANLY corporation included 5 members. It's main purpose was
to create programs which help people. Among the programs created,
were Mabed and DRedit.
After three years of programming, and growing-up, ANLY desided
to "recruit" new members and to stop all the programming
projects.
Amir Buksboum and Eyal Frank joined the original members: Arik
Liderman, Doron Ravid, Nir Koblenc, Yony Bresler and Roy Offer.
Later, Ben Goldman joined as well.
The programming days were over.
After the new members joined, in one of it's most important meetings,
with all the new members, ANLY desided to change it's main purpose
and finally, to try to earn money.
Soon, as work on old programming projects ended, ANLY desided that
the time has come to end ANLY as well.
And so, 1/7/1999 the first Cre8 meeting took place, organized by
it's first temporary CEO Arik Liderman.
Cre8 was our new compony, a compony which would try to earn money,
and to do serious things.
The serious work then begun, and working standarts and agreements
were signed between Cre8 members.
One of the agreements organized Cre8's daily work, and called for
elections for CEO.
The first Cre8 elections took place, and Ben Goldman won and became
the first Cre8 CEO replacing Arik Liderman as the temporary CEO.
Since the first elections, four more elections were held.
Arik Liderman was elected as the second Cre8 CEO, after Ben Goldman
was fired from Cre8 (long story)
During the third Cre8 elections, one year later Arik Liderman was
re-elected as Cre8's CEO beating Yony Bresler and Amir Buksboum.
After 1.5 years in 'power' Arik resigned as Cre8's CEO and the
forth Cre8 elections took place. Nir Koblenc, was elected after
beating Amir Buksboum and became the third Cre8 CEO.
One month later, Nir desided to resign and again new were held.
Arik Liderman, after one month of 'vacation' was re-elected again
as Cre8's CEO, after beating Ben Menahem.
Ben Menahem, is the newest member of Cre8.
Today, two month after the last elections, Arik Liderman is still
Cre8's CEO.
Today, Cre8 is working on two main projects:
The first, The Cre8 website project and the second: Project-Cube.
The website project should be finnished in two or three month.
Project-Cube is a big new project, and details regarding Project-Cube
canno't be revealed.
