We were famous
all this time and we didn't know it!. Posted 9/7/2001
As part of Cre8's preparation for the uploading of
our new website, I was checking our old website before beginning
to delete it.
I remembered the 'good' old days of hard work and
construction we have put up in this website and I also remembered
the one vote which cancelled it all due to 'lack of time'.
Yet, it appears that our work was not in vain.
Amazingly, after all this time we didn't even bother
to check if someone talked about us or if we got into one of the
search engines.
Well guess what?
All this time we were in Walla! and in another website
which reported about us!
Walla! is Israel's main search engine, like Yahoo!
for world search.
BTW, I found us in Walla! when I was searching for
Cre8 in Yahoo! - I found a link to Walla stating that there is a
http://cre8.co.il link over there.
Walla wrote that we built a good looking website,
they also stated that we are a bunch of young people (how did they
know?) and that people can send their site to us vie our site checker
and we'll tell them if it's any good.
Amazing! How and why did they add us is unknown. But
the 1688 people visits to the old Cre8 website speak by themselves.
People continue randomly coming to our website although the last
time we updated it was ??/9/2000 - almost a year ago!
These great news comes as Cre8 prepars to launch it's
newest website very soon.
Later today a Cre8 meeting will be held at Amir's
house.
